Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data the dmz.md website of the Sampo residential complex collects and processes, for what purpose, on what legal basis, to whom it may be disclosed, and what rights you have as a data subject. Processing is carried out in accordance with Law No. 195/2024 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Moldova, in force from 23.08.2026.
1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
Through the contact forms on the site (request a call, apartment selection request) we collect your first and last name, phone number, and, where applicable, the number of the selected apartment. When you visit the site, technical data is also collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, as well as advertising click identifiers (subid, fbclid, gclid) stored in cookies.
3. Purposes and legal basis of processing
We process your data in order to: (a) contact you and process your request — based on the consent you give when submitting the form; (b) keep records of inquiries in our CRM system; (c) evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns — based on the consent expressed through the cookie banner. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
4. Who we share data with
Access to your data may be granted to: DMZ Home Construct sales staff; the provider of the CRM system (Kommo/amoCRM) used to record inquiries; the website's hosting provider. Notifications about new inquiries are additionally sent to the company's internal work chat. We do not sell your data to third parties and do not use it for purposes other than those described in this Policy.
5. Retention period
Data collected through contact forms is kept for as long as necessary to process your request and the subsequent business relationship, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. Cookie retention periods are set out in our Cookie Policy.
6. Your rights
Under Law No. 195/2024, you have the right to: request access to your personal data; request its rectification, completion or erasure; restrict or object to its processing; withdraw consent previously given; lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (datepersonale.md). We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, together with the date of the last update.
